Shipping Policy
At Sovereign Tiger, we partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your gear arrives safely and efficiently, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation, once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time, shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Please note that for international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality and performance of our equipment and apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Sovereign Tiger purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our dedicated support team at tigersovereign@gmail.com with your order number, once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be promptly issued to your original method of payment.
